Partnering with your Therapist
To bring the best wrap around care it is highly recommended that you engage with a Psychotherapist as you work through Integrative Body Work sessions. This holistic approach helps you bring back what was discovered in your body to a place where there is more space and time to engage the cognitive aspects of your story. During an Integrative Session we try to keep focus on the body, picking up on nuances that are not particular to words. Leaving you relieved from having to find the words to articulate or the work to “connect the dots”. Psychotherapy sessions can provide time to sort through and do the work to engage language around your experience.
