Whether Deep Tissue or Relaxation, this is a much more simplified version of an Integrated Session. I will check in with your physical and emotional state and put intention toward rest and healing of what what your body and emotional state may be holding. Whether you pulled a muscle while washing your hair, you are suffering from whip lash, over-use from tech or a sports injury, I am happy to use a variety of techniques according to what your body needs.

Modalities that I offer are Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Cupping, and Muscle unwinding.
